My kids had eye exams here and both needed new glasses. It was all very easy and the service has been great. We have been very happy with the exam, glasses and ongoing assistance with any adjustments or repairs needed.

the Doctors and staff including the Opticians were all very Polite and Proffesional and supplied Quality service. the only downside if there is to be any is the lack of Back of store Lab availability for such things as Ultrasonic Cleaners which are a Huge asset to the store to be able to fully serve clients with cleaning and service of the Eye wear. as well as simple things such as a Ultra violet light device to show and explain how Photo Chromatic lenses work and operate and protect, which is a major selling feature for that type of lense. Simple tools and equipment that can help promote the service aspect and promote sales through service for current and possible future Patients and clients.

I would give a zero star if I could.My appt was for noon, they called and ask if I would mind coming 10 mins early, which I did.Arrived and waited over 10 mins at the service counter, while staff walked by and did not acknowledge my presence. I left and at 12.11 they called to remind me of my appointment. I politely said why I left and that I would rather give my money to people who treat me with courtesy.

I am SO pleased with my prescription!!! I can see like never before! Dr.Aujla was patient with my concerns, detailed with her exam and accurate with the resulting prescription. The staff at this location, namely Ricki and Kara were more than friendly. I felt so heard, socomfortable and very well taken care of. I had a team of educated and very well trained people assisitng me. I was in dirty work clothes both visits and they were more than catering and kind. Funny too.Thanks guys!I highly recommend visiting this location.

I had a concern with the vision in one of my eyes that my Doctor advised me to see an optometrist as soon as possible. From the time I walk in to the time I left I was treated so well. Brie you are a gem and Dr. Yang, you addressed all my concerns and I left feeling comfortable that all was well.Thank you.

Spencer was phenomenal. He is the whole reason behind this perfect review! I had some money left on my benefits to use for glasses and this was great to go for it. There were a decent amount of glasses selection for reasonable prices. But again, the customer service behind this whole interaction was the winner. He was kind, patient, courteous and knowledgeable (I know, seems like this should be part of every exchange but trust me - service like this should be recognized and awarded as it is not as common as we think!). Thank you for being my sales representative and I can’t wait to get my glasses and sunglasses. Don’t get me wrong the other staff were also very nice but I did my whole transaction with him so I’ll speak to that.

I purchased 2 pairs of progressive glasses/sunglasses from the Willowbrook location and want to give a shout out to Spencer, Kara and Meena. They were fantastic in helping me out! Good customer service goes a long way! Thank you!

Overall, it was good. I was helped quickly and professionally during my initial entry of the store. I was given a time and date to be tested, and that went nicely. Your optometrist was confident and friendly, and she made me feel comfortable that I was dealing with someone that knew what they were doing. I came back later to pick out my glasses with my wife, found what we liked, and bought the glasses. When I picked up the glasses, the person I dealt with seemed a little rushed, but otherwise did a professional job. I still need to come in and get the glasses fitted a little tighter, but that is on me.

I was in the store a few times trying to make up my mind. ALL of the staff I spoke with were friendly, knowledgeable, and eager to help. Special thanks to Chelsea who's advice about best purchase options helped me make the right decision. AND I must say how impressed I was with the eye exam and the optometrist who gave it! Dr. Balpreet Denise Aujla OD explained every detail of the exam in a clear easy to understand way. I have no problem giving Specsavers a 5 star review
