The worst service ever, don’t try to go there for photos, their camera need new batteries and they can not take even 2 photos in same time , she has to take it out and charge it for 5 or 10 mins, then try again, same process when she want to upload the picture in her computer. Talking to other customers in same time with us, she should finish one by one, would give her zero star.

Great customer service! I needed very specific sizr for my European ID . Even if they didn’t have in their photo preset the size I was required to take the photos in , the young gentleman there was very helpful and made sure I got exact the photos I needed. I’m very grateful for his patience and professionalism.

I asked her if the photo has a warranty to be accepted, he said no, and I told him that your website says that it has a warranty, but he said that it does not, and the price was higher than the price on the website, and the behavior was inappropriate.
