I have recently bought a new home in a beautiful location near the water in the Beaches with a plan to build a stunning new beach home. I called Lorne to get information on the process required for drawing plans, etc. My interaction with Lorne and his receptionist was cold. I felt my questions were minimized, the answers Lorne provided were short. Lorne made me feel as if the narrow property wasn't worth his time and actually laughed when I told him the size, despite having a 1M budget to build this home. Although I am fine with Lorne reserving the right to chose what projects he would like to engage in, please be mindful of not making people feel that they are not worthy of your time. Disappointing.
