I recently had the pleasure of using Oakville Moving and Storage LTD and cannot say enough about the highly professional, high touch customer service that Branden and Jason provide. From the moment they arrived to do the quote to time the last box was off the truck and in my new home they demonstrated genuine care in the handling of my items and gave me extreme confidence in their ability. The move was supposed to be very straight-forward, but the day was a disaster and at no time any fault of theirs. In fact, Jason and Branden went above the call of duty to accommodate every obstacle we encountered, including calming my anxiety. I have moved several times, across the country, across the ocean and locally and I have never experienced the level of professionalism, responsiveness, courtesy, and genuine care that I have from this team. Brandon and Jason were excellent when it came to a last minute move. Their response time is excellent and they really helped us with our move in a snow storm. They really are a rain, snow or shine company. Spectacular, would highly recommend for your move !

I used to work with the owners years ago. They've been in the business their whole lives and are capable of moving literally anything you can imagine. Not only are they great people, they're extremely professional, have competitive pricing, careful with furniture, and take pride in quality service. I'm currently too broken to be in that business anymore and they did a great job on our move last week. Highly recommend.

I enjoyed having Branden and Jason as my movers out of my mom's home and into my first apartment!Our moving time was at nine, and they arrived early, which we appreciated.
