Brian took a complicated job and patiently simplified his explanation of it so that I could understand. He called back when he said he would, he executed the job just as he said he would and when he realized he missed something in the estimate (which was already fairly priced), he added it at no charge. Knowing that we were on a tight schedule, he worked around our tenant’s schedule to complete the job over a weekend and then he followed through by scheduling and being present for the inspection several days later. Excellent communication, expert service, exceptional care.

They've been to my house twice now to perform repairs. On a very busy day for them, they let me in for the first time. That was really useful, as I was concerned about a potential safety hazard. The installation of new lighting fixtures was the second occasion. In my perspective, the service was excellent. He was extremely knowledgable and meticulous in his execution of tasks. The task was finished on schedule and with efficiency. The pricing was reasonable, and I am confident in the work that was done. He was incredibly responsive and concerned about their work. I contacted them to have an older couple's doorbell repaired because one of them had hearing problems. He put us all at ease and took care of us. I brought my own replacement, but the electrician installed his, which was both less expensive and easier to maintain, as well as sounding fantastic. He went out of his way to replace both the front and rear doorbell switches, explaining their functioning and offering expert guidance wherever needed.

I used their electricians for both my business and my home on a few occasions. Our most recent renovation job included a complete overhaul of our kitchen, living room, and corridors. We had some problems, and this guy is the one to call; he arrived at our house in no time. He was extremely competent and professional. He's very courteous and is concerned with doing high-quality work on your house. He took the time to thoroughly assess each and did a great job restoring everything to working order. We'll definitely use this business again.

Thank you Chris for repairing the halogen light in my bathroom ceiling. I'm so grateful that you were able to replace the transformer and prevent me from having to buy a brand-new fixture (now discontinued). Strongly advise using Chilliwack Electrician Experts due to their superior service. Chris was punctual, courteous, productive, and extremely respectful of my house. I'd undoubtedly use their services once more.

I don’t usually post reviews but wanted to recommend Tim. When we needed to (we thought) have a new wire run from our apartment to building basement (a major job). He came and did some troubleshooting and quickly told me my wire was fine (the HVAC guy had given me the wrong diagnosis). he listened well and was quick and efficient and a pleasure to deal with.

Prior to meeting with Tim, I anticipated a huge bill for a comparably huge wiring project. After thoughtfully going through my office's electrical system, he proposed a number of less disruptive/less costly options which would adequately address my office's electrical needs. He appeared to be a competent/knowledgeable individual - who was quite pleasant to deal with. I certainly would use his services and those of his crew should further electrical needs develop.

The electrical contractor arrived to fix our doorbell 9 days ago. He was easy to get along with and incredibly productive. In less than 5 minutes, he determined that the issue was a loose wire at the transformer level in our electrical cabinet. Finally, we realized that we didn't need to replace our doorbell button, chime, or transformer (which was good news). I am extremely happy with their work and would employ them again if I have any electrical problems in the future. This was my second time working for this fantastic company.
