Maggie went above and beyond helping Jenny and I with our engagement ring. She is now bringing that same energy to customizing a ring for me with my grandmothers diamond. She has been understanding, kind and professional. We of course will get Jenny’s band here as well and recommended the service to anyone looking for jewelry.Jenny loves how unique her band is- we didn’t see anything like it when we were shopping around and Maggie helped us make it happen within our budget.Thanks again Maggie!

I had a wonderful experience at Raffi Jewellers and would highly recommend this location to my colleagues and friends. Albert promptly answered my email inquiry regarding a watch I wanted to have resized and welcomed me into the store. Within a few minutes, my watch fit perfectly and I could tell I was in the midst of a pleasant conversation with a fellow enthusiast. The other staff members I briefly interacted with were friendly and professional as well. I have never felt to welcome in a store and I am extremely impressed by the exceptional level of customer service I received.

Mark was unbelievably helpful tracking down a specific watch that I was looking for. Contacting the other store in Cambridge to ensure they held it for me and even stayed in contact with me after the purchase to ensure all went smoothly. Amazing customer service by Mark and I would recommend to anybody!

It was a very pleasant experience shopping here, the staff are courteous and knowledgeable. Personally I never had any previous knowledge/experience buying expensive jewelry but with the help of the staff the process was seamless. I would specially mention Maggie, she was awesome!! Very patient, well informed about every product. She helped me and my fiancé pick out my engagement ring, worked with us to accommodate every request and kept us updated throughout the process. As it was a custom order, it took time but every time I reached out, she always promptly responded. The customer care extended even after the purchase. The next time I was at the store, she offered to clean my ring and took care of it without even asking. Now this store and Maggie is our top pick regarding jewelry/watch purchases.

Sonia and Sandra were fantastic to help me for remodeling my engagement ring as well as picking up another eternity ring for me. They were dedicated professionals and I highly recommend the store for your jewelry!!

Went in for a new battery and a cleaning for a Bulova and a life watch. the watches work fine but the cleaning" wasn't really cleaning still a whole bunch of gross gunk left on the watches with the life watch looking like it wasn't even clean in the photo's below wich about 90% of all of those black/dots and globs came off my Bulova. and my life watch is still filthy and I need to be more thorough with it but come on Raffi

Just left Raffi’s at Conestoga Mall. Had the BEST service from Wallace! All I needed was two necklaces repaired which were done within about 1.5 hours. Wallace treated us as though we were purchasing a 3-karat diamond ring or Rolex watch. Super friendly and wonderful to talk to. Thank you, Kevin for hiring Wallace to manage this location! And thank you, Wallace, for your outstanding customer service!

Sonaya was amazing and took so much care into helping me find a beautiful piece for my girlfriends birthday. I highly recommend going to see her at Raffi in the mall. She also took extra care to gift wrap it for her as well. 11/10 review for Sonaya

Above & beyond. I am writing this on Valentine's Day but this is really a belated Christmas story with a happy ending.I had a Swiss vintage quartz watch that had been sitting in a drawer for a few years. The battery had died. I came to Conestoga Mall Raffi at night a few days before Christmas (2021) to pay for a replacement. To make matters more complicated, the case-back had come loose in the car. When I got there the gentleman informed me that the watch expert was gone for the evening and, in any case, it would probably have to be sent out for service.Since I was hoping to use it over Christmas, he (I believe his name was Wallace) offered to see if it was an easy fix. Fortunately Raffi had the appropriate battery on hand and Wallace was able to get the case-back snapped back on without too much trouble. There was no charge for this service, he said!I have been wearing the watch on special occasions with no problems since. Whenever I wear it, I am reminded of the kind service I received at Raffi Conestoga Mall. Valentine's Day seemed like an appropriate time to express my deep appreciation for Raffi's passion for service. A heartfelt thank-you.
