Not an honest dealership. I've had 4 or 5 bad experiences with them including buying a new truck that was supposed to be thier most reliable, first time I brought it in for service and asked about transmission issues they told me they have had nothing but issues with the same transmission they told me was the most reliable just a month before. Since then, they quoted me more than double what other dealers did for new rotors. Misdiagnosed my partners vehicle and cost her 500$ on parts that didn't need to be replaced. And again today tried to scare her into doing more work. We won't be coming back here

Rude service. Customer is always wrong.Use to give them 5 stars.Was very loyal to them. Always chose them for all our car needs.Bought 2 cars over the last 2 years.However that's all changed now.No longer happy with their manor or their none existent loyalty.

I went in yesterday as a new customer to buy parts for my old girl and the parts department is so nice so friendly they got me what I needed in a quick . And suggest me to go get my other parts at another Chevy dealership they did not make me lose my time. Great service great people I recommend you guys to go there if you need anything.

After dealing with a rather rude salesman at another location, I called and asked if I could get the car I wanted transferred. I spoke to Tim and he was absolutely lovely! He got me exactly what I needed at a price I wanted and wasn't rude at all! Super happy with my experience here and whenever I need another vehicle, Myers Kemptville (and especially Tim) will be my first choice!

Brought brand spanking new black rims that cost a few thousand for winter tire swaps. They scrapped and gouged the rims where the sockets enter to take the nuts off/on. I enquired about it and I was told that’s normal and from the socket they use. They will not fix the damage they’ve done. DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU WANT YOUR RIMS INTACT AFTER THEY SWAP. You’ve been warned from an upset costumer guys….

I had ordered a new rear wiper blade for my 2020 Chev Spark, picked it up on Friday March 10/23 and had it installed by 1 of the mechanics, his name was Jack and he was so great and so patient even though the blade gave him a tough time getting the old one out, he got the new one installed and even adjusted it for me so it would clear more of the lower back window, just wanted to praise this young man, great job Jack!!!

Drove all the way from Orleans to view a Yukon Denali. When we arrived the lady we spoke to said that it was sold 10 minutes after getting off the phone with us. There was no contact made after the initial phone call to let us know. Fast track a few days later I see the same Yukon still advertised on Facebook so I sent a message and they said it is available. No follow up from the dealership. We ended up going to Myers Orleans and purchased there. Customer service is horrible and doesn’t seem like they’re interested to sell.
