Some great sales as long as you dig and look. 90% of the store was on sale so don’t sleep on this place. It’s super busy as always bc when is Aritzia ever not busy? Overall, a great store with lots of selection for sizing and products.Most things were between 20-70% off including some popular items like the TNA butter leggings/shorts, TNA joggers, Denim Forum and Agolde denim, some Sunday best stuff, lots to go through. Just make sure you take your time and sort though stuff. You’ll find a lot of Gems!It’s a little messy and NOT all the staff were friendly. Most were though. A super sweet girl ring me through, and a nice lady also asked how I was doing when I walked in. Overall a good experience.

Cashier was rude. When I asked if something wouldn't fit if I could exchange everything was all of a sudden final sale even the stuff that is full price. People working there were too busy talking to each other and cashing out customers was a huge inconvenience.

My family and I went to look for a jacket for my sister for Christmas and Monica came up to us and she was so helpful to us! She gave us the best shopping experience ever, she was also super kind and friendly! We did find the perfect jacket for my sister, thanks to Monica for the big help! ❤️

A girl with long curly hair doing clothes folding there is lazy and rude, with no customer training at all.

Very disappointed. They removed sale tag overnight. I went to the premium outlet location picked black cozy fleece sweats which were on sale. I left my gift card at home the cashier advised she can put it on hold and i can pick up the next day (the sale tag was still on) i also told the cashier i can purchase and return tomorrow and repurchase but they said its fine they will hold. Went in next day to pick up and they conveniently had the tag removed and declined to honour the price and kept saying i am probably mistaking it for another sweats. I did mention my conversation with the cashier last night. It is so unfair. Such horrible customer service and she didnt even try to help

They will never answer their phone it’s literally so annoying. I kept calling just so they would get the hint and I could hear them pick up the phone and hang up. I live 40 mins away and now have to make the trip just to find out if they have a sale on their coats

I love Aritizia clothing but I dont like their sales associates as they aren’t helpful at all. If you guys are dressed up as your job requires doesn’t mean you judge people if they will be buying or not as we are shopping in our casuals over the weekend.Only one staff was great who helped me to get my clothing as I was waiting in the line . Two of the girls were so rude to ask to stand behind the line and they had no courtesy how to treat the customer to guide them just to step back. No politeness.When I returned the items after trial they were acting like I’m buying none.holding clothes like oh waste of time and they showed no interest of dropping them at the counter.where I spent 200 dollars on 2 items. Most of the Aritizia sales girls are full of attitude, exception Asian girls Chinese and African they are great.These girls don’t understand about the diversity and not to be judgemental ,which only exists in ARITIZIA sales associate

Very busy but my daughter found lots of items staff were very friendly and well organised.

nice store with a great selection and decent prices, but the employees really need to learn how to fold clothes lol
