Des mois à les appeler , à s’assurer que tout va bien, qu’ils ont les bonnes mesures et le matériel… Deux jours avant de venir installer le comptoir on m’annonce que cela a été donné à quelqu’un d’autres et que je vais attendre 2semaines supplémentaires?!!On ne me rappelle jamais c’est toujours moi qui doit insister pour avoir des réponses claires, c’est inadmissible et très frustrant de faire affaire avec une compagnie aussi négligente !

In all my life, I have never encountered a more rude and disrespectful human being ever. From the moment we walked in to the moment we walked out, she treated us with disrespect, occasionally raising her voice and snapping at questions we would ask about colors (which is a basic question). I felt utterly discriminated and would would never recommend going there just because of one employee who left a bad taste in my mouth. If you want to be treated as a customer and humanely, do not go here.

Ceraxo is a fantastic tile shop on St Jacques in NDG. Large showroom showcasing many different products of all sorts tailored to various budgets. Owners are nice and knowledgeable and the support staff including Cheryl go above and beyond to accommodate the client. Very happy with my experience here.

I went to the Lasalle location and I have had nothing but excellent service from beginning to end. Cheryl has been very accommodating and the installers were very good.

In 2014 my contractor ran off to Toronto a week before my Christmas guests would arrive and left me with an unfinished kitchen. I went to Ceraxo and Alian promised me I would have my marble countertops before Christmas guests arrived. They came and measured and less than a week later I had my beautiful and perfectly fitted marble countertops. To this day I am grateful and I love my countertops - they totally make" my kitchen. Not only did they go the extra mile
