I restore collector cars and everyone here has been tremendous. I often dont know exactly what I need as my vehicle is not in their computer, and we end up making something work. They made up custom battery cables for me. Everyone is very helpful and patient. Thank you to Rick, Tiffany and the Manager, who I think is Melinda. Canadian Tire cannot be compared to this store. My vehicles take either non detergent single weight oil, or high zinc oils, GL 4 soft yellow metal gear oils etc. And the staff here can get these specific products. Sometimes they may not have an item, however they get it within the day or next day, and are kind enough to call when it is ready. Willys M38A1 Jeep, 1969 TR6

Friendly guy that I felt with. It was a Sunday so graveyard shift so to say, but was very helpful even though I couldn't get the parts I needed he checked surrounding shops for me to see if he can facilitate me in any way. I always try to use carquest for my automotive needs. That's the first time they didn't have what I wanted only because it was a ford specialty part so no one had them. Will continue to use them as my parts experts.

I visited the store yesterday looking for a part. I tried to catch the attention of the gentleman and lady working but couldn't as they appeared to busy to help. So I ended up going to Canadian tire around the corner who readily helped. Unfortunately can't speak to their level of customer service.

Jason went above and beyond his customer service, very easy going over all good guy, helped me out 10mins before closeing and got me back on the road on a sunday , would recomend carquest north and i will be back to that location again to buy parts.

I love this spot. Lots of options for automotive parts. The service is always fast, and the knowledge base is the best.Prices are competitive to other similar stores around the city.There is limited parking at the store. That said I have never had a problem finding a parking spot.#localguides
