Just got done with my tank clean out, its12pm, I called this morning at 8am and spoke with Laura, she gave me time to locate my lid, and dispatched her driver to my house. Met driver Mike and within an hour had everything done. If you need service and are in their area, use them. I will again in 2016. Both Laura and Mike are good people, their service is no BS, and they are local.

A little over a year ago I just bought a house, they were supposed to have emptied my tank, my mom lives down the street from me, got hers done the same day. When they arrived at her house he claimed they already finished mine, but we were always suspicious that it’s didn’t get done. Fast forward to this month, and something just seemed off with the plumbing...after googling the issues, everything pointed towards the septic tank. I had a different company come out, and sure enough the tank was FULL. Not only that, it wasn’t even in the place that Ewers had claimed it was. I’m so disgusted with this company. NEVER USE THEM! If we hadn’t got it pumped today it would have overflowed and costs us thousands to repair. What a reckless company! It’s outrageous. They were running late that day, kept calling my mom to push back the appointment. I guess they saw an opportunity to catch up by not even pumping mine since no one was home and they were able to take advantage of my mom not being able to see it from her house. Do not trust these crooks.

Great job by Allen today!! He was very professional, friendly, and informative. He located the tank quickly without tearing up the yard too much. I have used Ewers for years and will continue to do so!

Great customer service. I was curious about how this whole septic tank works. Gave me some great advice for the future, and that u really need to do your septic every 3 years. Yikes!!!! Little over due we were. However, looking for a good reliable company don’t hesitate. The Farley Family

We thought we had septic overflow, called ewers and they were out to our house within 2 hours. As luck would have it it wasn't an overflow but they drained it and cleaned it for us anyway. The men were very nice and efficient, digging into December ground isn't the easiest. They finished and double checked everything in less than an hour and they were fairly affordable. My septic go to from now on.

We are more than happy with Ewers! They did an amazing job putting in our new drain field. They even cleaned up nicely when they were done! Casey is great and super helpful with everything. We couldn’t be happier! THANK YOU EWERS!

Came out poked around looking for the tank...couldn't find it. Left and charged me anyways for a service call" called a different company and they found it and charged me very fairly. I called and complained and they barely discounted the charge...stay away and pick someone else"
