Pet Valu

Pet wash is excellent. Recently, I took my boy Beavis to the pet wash. For $10 you receive 30 minutes with shampoo of choice. Towels and an apron are provided with a blow dryer to use after. My dog has never been to such a facility and actually enjoyed himself. Staff are excellent and check to make sure you have everything you need. You cannot use the pet bath if your dog has fleas or has been sprayed by a skunk for obvious reasons. We will be coming back.

Love taking my puppies here for a quick bath they give everything you need and more! Although at other pet valu locations they give out treats which is nice. Staff are very polite and the store was very clean!

Great store. Amazing staff, very knowledgeable and cares about my pets. Manager/owner is super friendly and a complete delight. Always greets regulars as friends. All the staff members are genuine animal fans. Do support them. They take donations of purchases in store of food and litter.

Knowledgeable and helpful staff, they always greet you as you walk in and ask you if they can help you find anything. If i say no, they leave me alone which i appreciate. But the best part of the store is they always have a cat from rescue siamese who is up for adoption. They are always such beautiful cats and you can tell they are well cared for and get lots of love at the store. Every time i go in, i go straight for the cat lol.

Shine loves walking in and picking a new toy especially on bath days .... Staff is friendly and knowledgeable but most importantly they are understanding and compassionate

The visit was good in general. One of the girls was very friendly, helpful, and was also watching an adoption kitten, the other was ok.

If you're using the Dog Wash, I suggest a different location. There's nothing really wrong with it, you just feel like you were ripped off if you've tried the other locations. Very poor water pressure, blower is like a gentle breeze, don't give you conditioner spray or a detangling brush, doesn't provide hypoallergenic shampoo. These are all things that were great at every other locaiton i've been to. I was very disappointed by this one. Oh this is also the only location that still requires appointments post-covid, so be aware.Otherwise the store is like any other pet valu. Friendly staff and a decent selection.

I love this location!!!! Great selection of everything you could possibly spoil your fur baby with. Love the staff! Super helpful from priduct selection to helping out to your car! Highly recommend.

What an horrible experience. I went in they made me pre pay. Now I know why. Wow. Had no deshedding shampoo which in spring how could you not. Then when they gave me the shampoo told me not to use all of it. The water never even got warm. Then gave me only 2 towels. And when I asked for more they gave me only 1 and I had to wait till I caught someone walking by to ask. Had no brushes and made the excuse of sanitizing. There is 2 wash bins that’s a ridiculous excuse when it takes minutes to sanitize. The bower was cold air. My poor dog was so cold. I had to leave with a semi wet dog when it’s -10 out. Then spent even more time drying and brushing him at home. Save your money don’t bother going to this location. The only reason they got 2 stars was they were polite

Very freindly and helpfull staff went in looking for something for my cat a gentleman was very accommodating and made sure i left with the right product and all other staff where amazing as well would highly reccomend
