Cobble Hill Mountain Regional Recreation Area
I come here regularly, the trails are well marked and kept up, maps are available, and it's pretty quiet while still having enough traffic to offset safety concerns.Fastest route to the top is straight up the access road from the parking lot, then around the water tower, follow the squirrel trail up, and the last bit is another access road. Good cardio workout as it's all uphill! Takes about half an hour each way, more if you take the scenic trails!

A perfect little hike that allows you amazing vistas from the top. You can view from both sides of the summit. Awesome.

Great trails. Much better signage in recent years. Washroom, bike wash, off leash area for dogs. Lots of options for distance with the amount of criss-crossing trails. Not a big elevation to get to the peak, but still nice views. Good for hiking, biking, running.

Its an okay hike, nothing special but fun to do nonetheless. I would recommend doing it once or twice then doing more interesting trails.

Cobble Hill Mountain Regional Recreation Area
I climbed it many times. Love the different trails the can get you to the top. People are always in a good mood along the way. You might even see a couple of horses from time to time. Washrooms and parking are great. Weekends are busy but there is room on the mountain trail fro everyone. Please don;t leave your dog's poop bags on the trail. Bring them back down with you. The staff are busy enough...cheers!

Great short hike (about 30 mins to the top, an hour both ways) with many different trail options. The view is quite nice on clear days. There are usually many people on Cobble Hill so it's safe to do it by yourself.

Nicely maintained trails with good views from the summit. Very dog friendly; off leash is allowed which I really appreciate. People do take their horses their occasionally so do have to dodge the old horse deposit every once and a while. Overall great place!

Dozens of trails and all worth exploring. Trails marked difficult are truly difficult. Start with the easy ones. It takes up to an hour to reach the top.Many trails are not marked. Many markings are not clear. The entire place needs to be resigned by a professional who sent skip marking any trails.There is often only one marking where two or three trails meet. It is difficult to understand which trail has been marked and which haven't. The CRVD dropped the ball here.
