Dr really nice but the front desk lady was terrible service she take patients inside always one hour or one and half hours later from the apartment timesAlso she is showing partially for patients

I had my first appointment with Dr. Pascali this morning. He was simply SUPERB" -- very knowledgeable

Dr Pascali is a very nice surgeon but his secretary has much to be desired. Yesterday I went in for a post op appointment, 1st time out of my home in alot of pain. Apparently she triple booked his appointments yesterday and told everyone but my son who helps me.Bottom line I lay on a plastic couch for over an hour while she lets every other patient into see him even though I was at my appointment before them...I'm deeply hurt and being treated like this is unacceptable in any situation but knowing I'm crying trying to lie down as pain doesn't permit sitting and somehow I was the last person in the office and was seen by a different doctor so he didn't even examine me and I can't go through this surgery again.My surgery has already failed once and my anxiety was at a peak yet I was treated like garbage and it's not the first time just the worst time.Avoid Dr Pascali, not because of him but his secretary is a power tripping cruel human being.I even asked her to please fax a requisition to the lab and she refused. I hope if you're in need of a urogynocologist unfortunately skip Dr Pascali unless his secretary changes her way of dealing with patients or he gets someone with an ounce of compassion.I'm sure you already have enough stress if you need major surgery and this was not a nurturing experience so save yourself the trouble.Dr Pascali is a good surgeon but his front line is patheticaly brutal unfortunately maybe he will change his cruel secretary in which case I would recommend him highly.

Dr Pascali is the best doctor I've ever had treat me. He truly cares about the person you are.. Not only the patient that walks in his office. When most other doctors give up on me, Dr Pascali kept digging to find the root of the problem. Definitely will continue to refer people to him. Stephanie is super kind & always prompt. Competent & caring, Dr. Pascali performed surgery to repair my dropped bladder following childbirth. Throughout the process, he was very professional, explained the procedure clearly, and provided adequate post-op care with lot of attention and care. Trust this one!

Great experience overall for my very first pregnancy. Highly recommend him and his staff. His secretary Steph called me back after I gave birth to check up on me and booked me an appointment right away. Dr. Pascali is caring and has great bedside manner which is hard to find these days.
