Very bad customer service. We asked for broccoli soup and were ready to wait initially and they plain refused saying there is no broccoli soup available in stock and after 5 mins of argument they said we have it but will require 30 mins to make it. Also forwarding this Subway complaint department.

Pathetic service. I told the boy working on the night shift to toast and grill it. He just toasted it and didn’t even grill it even after asking to do it. And lastly when I told them to cut the foot long in half the girl I guess doesn’t know what half is. Very bad service and very slow. Also they don’t keep olives and crispy onion in front don’t know why!!

They took away all of the deals, no more sub of the day. All of the prices are now jacked way up and to top it off the service was slow and I had to repeat myself for every single topping. Used to be a good location but not anymore.

Very poor customer service. First they said they will accept the offer coupon that had been shown and later during doing the payment they said it’s not valid. Trying to cheat customers with unvalid reasons.

Over coooked bacon very hard old bun an experienced staff member took over after he completed 3 online orders i was in the store for more then 30 minutes at 930pm on a Monday night their was a couple in before me and they were leaving when i finally got to order

It was my first time at this store, there was a bit of a wait because there were a few people before me. It was a fast moving line. My server behind the counter was very efficient and made me a sandwich exactly how i wanted. It was one of the nicest subways i have been to, very clean and organized. Also a huge shout out to my server, (sorry i didn’t get the name), she is very cute.

This has been my go to subway for about 15 years now. Usually NEVER have problems but the last few times have been awful. Wrong items and stale bread. This time I ordered 5 subs online to be given 4 at the store. Then yelled at saying I only ordered four… WHEN CLEARLY YOU CAN READ THE ORDER SAID 5!
