Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. The manager there is hands down of the most understanding people I’ve dealt with. Great customer service followed up by an excellent return policy that most other pet stores wouldn’t honour.

Tremendous customer service! Online order was easy and curbside pick up was seemless. Prices are reasonable considering very high organic quality. On my couple of occasions of purchasing for furry friends (I don't have any pets) the experience has been wonderful. Shop local, take care of eachother.

Global's pe food really just has the best employee to food savvyness ratio. They let me try a multitude of samples right at the store including the tuna chicken surf N turf patee which was surprisingly good and tasted like tomato. If you mix meats you end up getting something that tastes like a veggie now isn't that interesting. Unfortunately they don't have diet soda for the pets but I found a can lying around for myself. I brought my pet in which is a 24 bottle box of doxx and everyone was having a grand old time with her, petting her and calling her sweet names. What a lovely store please do check it out, even if only for the buffet it's very much worth

Do NOT buy anything from them. Receipt says 30 day return period. After one day of a collar purchase ($50), they won't even let me exchange it for the right size because of COVID-19 safety reasons." Cashier didn't tell me anything about final sales as I was telling him I'm not sure if it's the right size. Yet clothing stores will allow return of human clothing

I happened to be nearby so I decided to pop in to see if they had some niche reptile husbandry supplies and a particular type of tool for the disposal of stool" for the lack of a better term/phrase. The gentleman who helped me (I presumed him to be the owner) brought me over to the section of interest. It just so happened that they had an item that worked perfectly for my needs.Their selection of pet supplies and food for pet mammals is fantastic. Their bird section looked ample as well. Their selection for fish is smaller

The staff there are absolutely amazing. They comforted me when I am panicking over my first cat. They didn't want me to purchase unnecessary things. And the things they did recommend, my cat just loves them.I was really excited to learn that they guarantee to exchange the food if our furry friends don't like them. And nothing goes to waste as the returned items go to shelters.Just love the store!
