Ridiculous customer service, staff didn't even know the price of the products. I bought a vacuum cleaner from this location, 2-3 days before, when i ask the store employee price of vacuum cleaner, he said $99 when i cash out it was $129.The store employee said may be $99 was last week's price....i paid $129+tax, when i came home, the vacuum cleaner was broken and used. Today i went to the store to return it, the store manager Manpreet was so rude, i ask for refund, he said i cannot give you refund, i can exchange the item or give store credit. Before none of their employee told me about their store policy....what should i do with the store credit, i don't wanna buy anything from the factory direct anymore. Manpreet store manger gave me store credit, even i told him ten times that i don't wanna buy anything or exchange item, i just want refund.That time he was telling me his store policy.... why didn't their employee tell me before....about the store policy...if i had known this policy earlier, i would never made that purchase....

Store definitely needs new management. Front staff was good and friendly, she called her manager to ask for assistance as I was buying some masks in bulk. “Manager” goes to the back to look. After 15 mins call and says tell the customer we have nothing available. The front desk girl still dint give up and looked around, ended up finding the masks. Now she needed her managers approval I guess to put in the sale price. The manager just instructed her over the phone. Highly unprofessional. The manager definitely needs to be retrained.

Located on highway 27, conveniently just north of Humber College. Clean but a bit sparse, this store offers discounted and refurbished items like iPhones, Smart TVs, memory thumb drives, and kitchen items. Good place to shop for those looking for good deals.

Very bad customer service, even complain to the main line said I will get response in 24 hr but now it’s been 5 days no reply from their side as well.

Do not order from them. The item I wanted was in stock for like 2 weeks. I ordered it the first day it was available. 2 weeks later they ship me half my order. I called them and this guy tells me we only had 2 company wide... 2 company wide really buddy? When you guys have restocked this item twice now? Why keep it on the website? Then tells me he doesn't know when it will be back in stock we keep everyone on backstock. Why don't you email and let me know what's going on? Don't trust them... such terrible service.He even lied about my refund, told me I was going to get refunded everything. Snakes.
