I don't buy jewelry, but when I do it is here. Why? Fabulously nice and honest owners operators. In 12 years I've bought three pieces of jewelry (2 times being wedding related), Barney's will always be my first (and probably last) stop when shopping. Great customer service, no sales pressure, etc. Only place I'd recommend for jewelry in Kitchener - Waterloo.

This jewelry store will always stay in my memory even though I only visited once. My entire day was made when I walked in and the friendliest, kindest people served me in the store. Barney and his wife are so wonderful and I loved being around them. I came for a few minutes to fix my fathers watch and I wish I could’ve stayed longer just to talk. Just super wonderful people, 10/10. Will really miss you all:)

I bought my first engagement ring from Barney's and, being I was a student at the time, they helped me find something that was both beautiful and within my budget. The selection is timeless and the staff are welcoming and entertaining. Every time I go to the store, I feel like family. Highly recommend them to anyone looking for great quality and an even better customer experience.

Barney's Jewellers replaced a missing Opal from a very cherished ring that was previously worn by my Grandmother. The work was completed impeccably, timely, and beyond all my expectations! Thank you for the beautiful restoration of something that holds so much meaning to me!

Especially when that someone is super particular, like myself. He tends to be easily influenced and purchases the first thing the girl on the other side of the counter suggests. As a result we usually will go back and return the item so that I can choose something that actually suites me. He was given ample selection and was educated about the items available.He left there with the most perfect gift!Finally! The moment I could open a box and feel so special!It was a moment we will always cherish. Not due to the item that I had received, but because of the emotion, effort and thought put into it.I loved watching his excitement as he watched mine.I am proud to say that I wear my Bulova watch everyday! My 'GO-TO' place for jewellery. I've visited Barney, Sharon & James for the last 10+ years and they have never disappointed. When it came time to search for an engagement ring, they asked questions about my girlfriend to get a sense of what she would be comfortable wearing and made appropriate recommendations. The engagement ring was absolutely perfect, as was the matching wedding band, diamond earrings and my wedding band. Unbelievable service, why would you go anywhere else?

Just went to Barney’s to look at engagement rings and wedding bands and was amazed at the quality and quantity of his selection!He had so many styles from artistic and unique, sleek and modern, to simple and classic, there was just so much!! I’ve never taken so many pictures of rings on my hand in one store, he joked I was gonna run out of space on my phone ;pMy boyfriend was also able to find several rings he really liked! So any guy looking for something more than just a plain band (which Barney also has) definitely try looking here!Barney was funny, informative, and made the experience really fun and easy for the both of us.
