Called ahead to verify their hours and asked if it was advised to make a ski rental booking online prior to coming. Was told that it's not busy season and so I would be good to just come in. When I did they did not have sizes available for my partner and I. Staff working were pretty unsympathetic. Not their fault I suppose, just odd to receive that messaging to then show up and be told too bad"."

Walked in and rented two e-scooters for a couple hours. Very easy process and the employee was very nice and gave us instructions on how to properly operate the scooters.Scooters were perfect to ride around Stanley Park and the city.

Rented a normal bike and ebike, and was so happy with the experience we went back again a second day. Shop is very clean, and equipment is in good condition with reasonable prices. Liam helped us get set up, and was very polite, patient, and did an excellent job of explaining how to use the equipment. Top notch customer service. Highly recommend renting from here!

Had the pleasure of renting here from Mario, and he was fantastic. Made sure we were both happy and comfortable before continuing down the line of customers. He included the basket and the bike lock, and was very friendly. Great prices and great bikes, I would recommending making a reservation online before visiting the store, but you can also make one in the store via the tablets as well.

We walked in with no reservation and the whole process took less than 10 minutes. Staff was very helpful and friendly. The bikes were perfect for exploring the city, came with helmets and bike locks. We biked along the seawall, around stanley park, and back. Return process was just as easy. Would highly recommend!
