TD Canada Trust Branch and ATM

Lots of staff, i counted 8+ but only 2-3 tellers open! One was busy training another, two people were at the front desk doing other things and the the remaining left? For lunch? When it was 2pm. 30+ min wait with about 20+ people waiting. The branch needs to staff up or prioritize people in line. Stagger breaks and lunch at such a central location.

At this branch, they are okay with just letting their customers wait. Stopped by on a weekday, late afternoon just before 6 pm. There were about 15 people in the line up. There is a staff sitting at the desk at the front but that person was not friendly at all. At other TD branches, if it is that busy, the person would ask each person to see if it is something they can do quickly at the ATM instead. There was only 1 person working at the teller desk. You can see her trying to work through customers as quickly as possible. But once it was 6, it seems like her shift ended and then someone else came by. There were two others sitting at the teller desk, but they weren't able to help. I recognize there must be other work to be done, but clearly this branch is extremely understaffed resulting to long waits for customers.

Tuesday morning at 9:30am. Two tellers working and waited 20 mins and were not able to even finish helping one customer between the two of them. Terribly slow.

Is it too expensive for you to have a drinking water available for your customer?Financial management is all about consumer experience and having drinking water is the least you could offer to your clients.

Too understaffed. You have to wait for 20-25 min in the line to get your work done. Why don’t they hire more people. There should be atleast 4-5 people at the front.

Severely understaffed. Expect a 20 minute line at this branch. I reported this problem, I was told they would improve, but it's only gotten worse.

The Account opening manager lied to us, they said account will be free for a year, instead we are being charged a monthly fee. They also ghost our emailsUpdate: Ok, I admit, they managed to fix this. But having to bring this to banks attention via google maps is kinda awkward. Also the account opening manager in question left the branch.

The tellers are fine for day-to-day banking, but the investment services people here are awful. I drove out here specifically for this appointment and got told that the person I was supposed to meet with was going to be 15-20 minutes late because the person hadn’t even arrived at work yet. I had another appointment to get to afterwards so when I told them I didn’t have time to sit around waiting, they told me to reschedule. What an absolute waste of my time. This is the 2nd time I’ve dealt with them and they were clueless the first time as well.
