He has restored several watches for me so far at a fair price. He worked on a vintage Accutron watch from the early 70's that the average watch guy would have no specialized knowledge of , r& it to operating shape. He will get all my work. This is not BS. Review. He's right next to Freedom Mobile.

Crooks....... Over charge on products and sell things that fall apart and does not fix the problem. Stay away!

Do not trust the owners with your watch they are not experienced.I asked for a battery change. After I paid I noticed that my watch face was not properly aligned. The buttons were not working when pressed. The owner lied to me and said that my watch needed two batteries. She tried to charge me $40. I took my own watch apart and fixed it myself.

Friendly staff, the owner is a watch and clock expert that has been in business for a long time. Got my watch serviced here several times and I'm always satisfied with the job done. Highly recommended!

Very friendly staff! They go above and beyond to help the woman who helped me offered to attach my new watch strap if I had any problems. The only place to go for watch accessories in Central Hamilton!

I give them 1 star because they don't deliver what they promised. I paid $84.75 (inc. of tax) for 2 watches that needs a change of battery and one of these watches (picture shown) requires fixing of the hands and has missing stones. I am not sure if what I paid is cheap or expensive as long as they deliver what was promised. Picture is not so clear but the missing stones were not completely replaced. I've asked how to clean the dirty stones and the watch repair person who looks like the owner too said he does not know what to do with it and just handed me the watch and avoided me to attend to the next customer. The watch repair man will give you promises to convince you to take their service but will not deliver.
