Seems like a great store so far. I have only been there once to get my puppies nails trimmed. Had a great experience the groomer was very kind and gentle with my small dog. Definitely will be back again for more services.4/5 because I've only had one experience will update in future.

Staff was very knowledgeable about their products and helped me find a food that met very specific requirements, from knowing what they had in the store. Not by walking with me and reading the info on each one, which i can do by myself.I appreciate her making it so easy!

I don’t usually leave reviews but I have to rave about the exceptional customer service I have experienced here. I am always greeted once I walk in the store and they have an extensive selection of items, so even though I live closer to another Pet Valu, I go out of my way to visit this one. The staff are so friendly and kind, I always leave with a smile on my face. Can’t recommend this location enough!

Really friendly staff, good selection. They have a section for small pets. There are wild bird feeders and seed. They have a selection of birthdays cards that are super cute. There are not pets in this store to purchase. The store cat is adorable by the way!

Good service, staff attentive. A bit disappointed in having no added value when buying a case of 24 cans of cat food vs individual cans. They offered a discount, but did not actually have anything other than a single flavour in stock.Joey LOVES their Performatrin food, wet & dry, provided I select the right flavours.

Have shopped at this location for a few years now. Great owners that real care. But this review is about the staff. He has some amazing workers in there right now. I went in to buy my cat food and mentioned I had a new kitten and how he was eating a lot. She told me that I should be feeding a different kind of food. She helped me find it. Today I went into get another bag. She was there again and helped me. What a difference the change made. Was greeted when I went in and asked if I needed help. I forgot the name of the food so she looked it up for me from my last purchase. Thank you for all your knowledge and getting my Kitten on the proper food.

Great local place, for all things pets, especially cats and dogs. A staple of the plaza for some time now. Recent renovations have completely transformed the store. Bright, open, and spacious aisles. Bigger selection, and a major addition. The dog wash station.Awesome friendly staff, who were very kind when we were shopping for cats treats. Mentioning to us, if our cat didn't like the treats we could bring them back. After she tried the one, she basicslly snubbed her nose at! We were able to return them with no problems.
