this is a very busy tim hortons yesterday we dropby to buy food around 12 we decided to buy wrap and what happened around 3 o clock in the afternoon my stomach starting to get upset and pain i thought is just like indigestion but is not then i starting throwing up and make me sick i thought I ended to go to the hospital sake what happened to my son. seems like its the wrapped is uncooked or damage already!

Been here twice in the last week and both times horrible service. First time I quickly stopped by to get a donut something quick to eat before my appt. Which I was almost late to because it took 7 mins for just an employee to come to the counter and take the order. The counter person went to refill something and the drive thru employees just stood there and talked. Not at all helping counter. There were 4 ppl in line. Not like the didn't see us they kept coming over to get donuts. Came back again tonight for a bagel and some drinks. I asked for potatoes wedges and instead of getting oh unfortunately were sold out for the night" or something you know polite I was told "no" what the hell kind of customer service is that? The employees also hard to understand and were talking a whole different language to. Which whatever but when they are exchanging looks at the customer to makes one start to think what their talking about. Definitely won't be coming here again"

This is the third time in a row that I have ordered here for delivery, paid an exorbitant amount extra, and got the completely wrong order. So this time, I drove to the location to get the order resolved. I was met with a very sour attitude, they took the food and were going to just leave me empty handed to take it up with the delivery service wth?they told me they just send whatever is closest to the order when they don't have the product in stock. What? How about dont allow the order to go though if you dont have the product in stock. We'll they said they have no way of communicating with the delivery service... I dont appreciate paying to get a mixed bag of stuff I didn't order. Tim Hortons, you need to fix this delivery non-sense. I will not be ordering delivery from tims again. Secondly, I will be going out of my way to avoid this location in the future due to my bad customer service experience with rude night management staff. The younger workers actually are the ones who rectified the situation while the manager just walked around slamming things. Way to unneededly stress out my young daughter who just wanted what she ordered. BRUTAL. Time stamp 945 pm Monday June 12th.

Downtown location is really falling. Service is slower then the first coming I mean unless you know one of them. On tip of having to repeat the order for 1 coffee 2 and 3 times and it's still wrong . I just want to say that the team is on the ball today! I had a great, hot breakfast sandwich at noon, tasty coffee the way I like it and a little treat for later. Friendly, speedy, working together, productive team. Thank you!

I moved into the area a few months back and quickly became a regular, frequenting this location for my morning coffee before work on a daily basis. I believe Tim Horton's has a responsibility to the respective community they reside in to help to enforce a feeling of community or comfort, as this is a spot many individuals will stop by daily.I had no complaints with any of the staff I interacted with for the first few months, but of recent I have received such dramatically terrible customer service that I have felt no other option but to leave a review.Amanda, who I assume is a manager or shift lead, is legitimately rude, speaks very hastily to me, and has sucked the life out of my morning coffee experience. For someone who stops by daily you'd think she'd value my business enough to just treat me like a human being, but I guess not.
