Went to the store on Oct 30th, found a costume to buy for my wifes dog. It was on sale, asked the lady who was working if my wife did not like it can I return it? No its on sale" I asked her if I could pay the regular price for the item "Sorry its on sale to get rid of it". To me this is a policy that should be reserved for Big Box stores. When I try and shop local I would expect better. Will not return."

Laurie and her staff at H & M pet grooming are fantastic. Always cheerful and their knowledge of pets and their needs is great. My dog has been groomed for the past several years and she is returned to me a very happy little girl looking really good. Kudos to Laurie and her staff. Very highly recommended if you need anything for your pets.❤️
