Extremely knowledgeable, skilled, & honest. I had a complete top-of-the line Softener System, Pressure Tank & Valves, UV Filter, and Reverse Osmosis with booster pump all purchased & installed by WSPS had them for 5+ plus years in my country home on a dug well with no issues at all. Now we sold that house and just had them install a new Reverse Osmosis system in our new" home (16 years old) in a subdivision on town water. Sheldon was able to reprogram the existing water softener to be much more compatible with the water in our region. I was surprised to hear that whomever installed that existing system never set it up or calibrated it. They just left it at factory default spec and it was drastically under-performing. I was ready to replace it but Sheldon advised me to stick with it. Now it is working so much better

Despite other water softener companies in town saying they could only soften the hot water (the builder of my house decided to put the water shut-off and drainage in two separate areas in my finished basement), Sheldon took the time, and made the effort to cut the drywall and fish the lines, ensuring that all my water was softened.He is very knowledgeable, not only about the equipment, but about the Great Lakes and tributaries, and the contaminants that are found in them. Would definitely recommend to anyone in the area who needs their water softened!

Sheldon is the owner of WTTR.ca and I'm happy to say that I personally think he is one of those rare combinations of water solutions expert and a business owner who genuinely cares about getting you and your family, and even businesses for their employees, safe, clean and good tasting water. Economically priced solutions for all budgets, all needs and he is ALWAYS there when you need him. If I had 5 thumbs they would all be UP!
