Staff ignored waiting clients, were rude, aggressive and argumentative. My rental reservation was not provided on time, no apology for the inconvenience until I had been waiting over 30 minutes, then was offered a few discounts, one of which I ended up having to argue for after the rental was returned as I kept having to deal with two different staff members. Would never go there again. If they had been polite and apologized from the beginning it would have been a completely different experience. They needed to take some customer service courses.

My experience buying from Andreas and Aj was easy and very helpful. I respected their way of treating customers, being forthright and having a no nonsense attitude. They don't try to be sales men, they are merely car vendors. Simple as that. Most of their inventory usually consists of budget vehicles, or cars for first time buyers. There are a few gems in there at affordable prices. They also typically buy cars with little to no accident history. They do a very good job at explaining the cars condition, problems, etc and even safety inspect it before bringing it to the dealership. I highly suggest dealing with them when it comes time to find a car. Their selection will not disappoint you.

Recently purchased a vehicle at Brentwood Motors from AJ and I have to say the entire experience was smooth and pleasant. Even with a situation that could've been disastrous at other dealerships (I speak from experience in the car industry) was handled professionally and courteously. Thank-you to owner Andreas and salesman AJ, who was friendly and knowledgable and went above and beyond in customer service. I would definitely recommend them to family and friends.

Bought a van there and spent close to 2 grand on repairs within 5 months (head gasket went), warranty provided covered none of the repairs. So less than impressed.@ Steve and Stacy and Michelle. Yes I complained about the lemon" I bought. Within 3 weeks the engine was smoking to which I was told "you only paid a couple thousand" great service. So you only get quality service if you spend what 9-10 thousand

Not sure what the guy is talking about with the poor customer service review... the guys at Brentwood have always been decent, straightforward and polite. Sometimes the place gets busy, especially on weekends with the U-Hauls, but nothing a 5 minute wait won't cure. I've rented U-Hauls several times and bought a second car there. Another review complained about a lemon... but with used cars you take a certain amount of risk that there will be mechanical problems. Cars could be given a more thorough cleaning, however, and the warranty that is included free with used cars has absolutely terrible online reviews. That being said, the cars are still competitively priced, regardless of the warranty.

Terrible customer service. Wanted to buy a vehicle but the salesman was uncooperative, unprofessional, and condescending. Had to ask 3 times before he would get us the keys for a test drive. He literally just would not listen when we tried to ask a question or make a comment, instead would interrupt us mid-sentence to repeat irrelevant information. Left feeling very frustrated and agitated.

Terrible customer service. Bought a car todayAndreas was very rude and argumentative.I was hoping to get a good deal and a good customer service. I would have paid more for the service but terrible experience. I felt so pressured buying a car and it was a very unprofessional experience for me. I will never go back there.

Bought a used car from AJ 5 months ago. He was honest, forthright, laid back and patient, totally no pressure sales. He had a full history report already purchased and printed out for me, as well as an inspection and service record by their mechanic. The vehicle also came with a 3 month drive-train warranty, which I did not need.I have since put over 5000 kms on the car with no problems. It's been great and I'm very happy!TIP: The insurance broker they brought in (from Metro West Insurance) took a long time to get there, was a real b****, inattentive, rushed, and tried to swindle me. Don't bother with her; Johnston Meier in Brentwood Mall right across the street are great folks (from prior experience).

Very bad customer service. I bought a SUV from Andreas. He was so rude and arrogant. Very bad customer service. As a customer I did not feel valued at Brentwood motors. I will never go back there.
