Love Willy's. No question, has been the best and still is the best poutine spot in all of Halifax! No one compares. And the fact that it's mushroom gravy and you can't tell the difference other than it taste way better than original gravy!

First time here in two years. Their pulled pork poutine was 5 stars. I’d give it 3 stars now. They discontinued the large. The old medium is now their large. Same price but now you get half as much quantity. Mezza offers better quantity for the price now.

Been coming here for years but then last night got 2 burgers and a large poutine. Poutine had barely any cheese curds and the fries were overcooked and not fresh. The burgers were downright awful and I just felt completely ripped off because it all costs so much more than it is worth (and it's worth nothing when the food is bad). Though I'll still give the small poutine a try every so often, Willy's you are just way too hit and miss and I am done with you.

The best poutine I had on my trip to Canada!We visited on our first day and shared a large steak poutine. It was so delicious!So much so, we went back on our last day and had another steak poutine and donair poutine!The gravy is really tasty and the chips perfectly crisp so they don’t go soggy.If you want good poutine whilst in Halifax, Willy’s is definitely the place!

I had Willys poutine about 5 years ago and honestly was dreaming about it again since that time. It’s probably my all time favourite poutine. It did not disappoint this time around! I also just love the vibe of the window and grabbing it to go and sitting by the water. Ended up going twice on our trip and no regrets!

Terrible experience I had today at Willys. Just drove all the way to Willy’s to grab some poutine at 6pm, website says open until 4am. All the staff were inside, and they told me they were closed due to the storm tonight. There was no storm going on at the moment whatsoever and every other store in the area seemed to be open. Not sure who’s choice it was to close early, but it felt very unprofessional.

So good! So much food. Got the poutine with stuffing. Ended up sharing it with the seagulls since it was more than I could eat, but damn it was tasty! If you’re eating an order by yourself, get the small size. Otherwise, the seagulls seemed to love it as much as I did.

Size halved from a year ago...no longer worth, many other reviews with the same disappointment...unfortunate...it WAS the best poutine...all in the past...save your money go to quebec

Was in town from the cruise ship last week and stopped over for some poutine. Despite being American, I consider myself pretty well versed in the realm of poutine. Now, I didn't have time to try every one in Halifax, but I refuse to believe that there is a better one than this, at least for my tastes. If you're in town for the day and don't stop here, you're crazy. Next time we're there we'll be standing there at 11:59 ready to place our order.

Had donair poutine from here. Amazing.I felt I’m not full I want more. They are short staff. But doing an incredible job.
