Pathetic !! they had a sale going on this weekend (30-31 Mar) They had listed the discounted price on some shirts and upon questioning the staff says that's not the price. showed her the price marked on the rack and she goes ..Oh!! that`s just for reference!!! kindly don`t` deceive customers and that's not right!! I asked the staff what do they have for the indicated prices and was told nothing!!

Went in without receipt from xmas gift. They weren't going to be able to help due ti the value of the item, but ended up helping, in which then turned into a bigger sale for them. I then lost my earring in the change room, and when I called in to inquire, they were quick to go find and put in a safe spot for me. Fabulous customer service by all tonight. :)

Very pleased with my visit. Was just browsing for Xmas gifts and found several unique, good quality items at prices that seemed to beat what other similar stores in mall were offering and the staff was just lovely.

It's so so good to see this store open again. Covid -19 has wrecked havoc on so many of our retail stores . This store has a great selection of jeans and causal clothes. Please support it.

credits provided by them on returning items in the form of gift cards are not working. They simply refusing that they can not do anything for that.

Always helpful staff when I go into Bluenotes. I hate shopping and trying on clothes and can get pretty discouraged rather quickly. I'm never disappointed with the assortment of sizes and styles. Bluenotes staff are always kind, patient and helpful. Traits I appreciate so much!!

Like any store it's got some nice stuff, staff were ok however if you don't try it on and find something you like or if the fit is not good (not size), it can not be refunded. So gifting is hard. In store credit only. I personally don't like to shop at a store that won't refund in 14 days with receipt and tags still on.

Very ANNOYING experience. Just mostly listened to one of your employee’s named RILEY complain about everything he was doing. Especially about another customer who he happened to kick out cause he couldn’t handle honesty. Your staff needs training on how to handle conflict rather than acting like a baby. While the other worker was cashing me out, she couldn’t focus because he kept talking about his argument with the other customer. Not only that, everything started in the fitting room where things escalated and Riley was very unprofessional whereas he was aggressively mumbling words because of how triggered he was.. AND the audacity to slam one of the doors causing a scene. Please do better.

Such a great customer service experience at the Oshawa Centre Bluenotes location. A few items from my online order didn’t fit right unfortunately and I had to return them. Due to my work hours, I arrived near closing hours and even with it being at the end of the teams shift they all were eager to assist when needed and very friendly. A special thank you to Andrea who went above and beyond when the system ran into issues with processing the return. She troubleshooted very quickly to ensure I got my money back and solved everything in a timely manner. I will definitely be back at that location and feel confident to shop online again knowing the type of customer service they provide in the odd times the online order doesn’t work out. Great experience, great store, will shop again!
