I’ve been to a multitude of glasses spots between Stoney creek, Hamilton, Ancaster area.Krystal at this location was wonderful! Above and beyond my expectation. She set a standard for customer service. Super informative and also tuned up my glasses and got them back to a like new condition!Exceptional service.

The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly! We started by exchanging names, then they asked me about my job, my hobbies, my interests, and eventually they helped me narrow down the perfect pair of Persol sunglasses. When I was brought to the cash register, they offered to get me a brand new pair, but they didn’t have any extras so instead they ordered me them off their “Smart Shopper” iPad and now I’m getting a brand new pair directly from their warehouse at NO EXTRA CHARGE! I don’t think I’ve ever had a customer experience this personalized at any other store, perfect 10/10, definitely impressed!

The lady working by the name Naimah went above and beyond to help. She never gave up in trying to find the right pair. I’m truly thankful for her perseverance and will seek it again in the future for more glasses. Thank you. She should be promoted

James is great. He has great knowledge about the Ray-Ban and Oakley sunglasses products. Probably even more, but I've been to sunglass hut twice to buy gifts for friends and he was able to answer all my questions about those products. Polite and very helpful. Thanks James!

Huge selection of high end sunglasses & I was able to find the perfect pair for me. Ask for Calvin, a patient, articulate and knowledgeable employee. There are ongoing promotions so if your favourite pair isn't on sale, ask. It may be worth waiting to get a good discount.

Terrible customer experience. We ordered a pair of sunglasses for pick up, went to pick it up and was told there was no stock. The representative then cancelled my order and then called me to come back because they found one. When I called the customer service line they told me to go back again because on their end the order isn't cancelled. I went back to the store again and the store said it's cancelled and they won't fill my order. I still haven't received a refund or any product. I called customer service again the next day and was told to fill out a complaint form. This is insanity. What a terrible customer experience and process. The customer also has to do all the communication for sunglass hut employees while chasing their own orders. Avoid shopping here.

The first time I came to the store I wasn't sure what I wanted. The fellas helping me were polite, attentive and helpful. I came back to this store to buy because they were so great and the other staff that were on duty were just as great! Who says good help is hard to find...obviously this store has no problem finding amazing staff!
