Worst experience! Coughing lasted months. Visited twice and she kept saying everything is fine. Never even put a stethoscope on, which is normally the first thing doctors do when patients cough. Refuses to give any prescriptions. Went to emergency and it was Pneumonia.

This doctor seems to be way more interested in making money from offering expensive skin treatments than being a family doctor and caring for patients’ health. This is quite sad….

Incompetent staff with cruel policies. One time, they called me to book an appointment with the doctor, but on the day of the appointment the receptionist there told me I never booked the said appointment! Then there was another time when I had urine test from LifeLabs. I waited 2 weeks to hear the result from the doctor, but got nothing. I thought maybe the result was negative and therefore the doctor didn't need to inform me. Only after checking on LifeLabs website did I find out the test came out positive. Concerned, I booked an appointment online to get my prescription. Unfortunately, I couldn't leave work early because I had to cover for a sick coworker. I called the clinic multiple times to cancel but they didn't answer so I left a voice message. I also tried to cancel online, but their site wouldn't let me. I tried my best to let them know of cancellation as soon possible. It's funny how they never answer my call, but they were very quick to call me to inform the $50 no show charge I need to pay for not canceling 24 hours before the appointment. Which, by the way, was impossible because I booked on the day of the appointment. Regardless, I apologized to the receptionist and told her of my numerous attempt to cancel the appointment, but the response I got was, Sorry. That's our policy so you still need to pay $50 or the doctor won't see you ever again." I truly hope they are not as inconsiderate or uncaring to other patients."

They took my sister’s urine for the test. And told her there will be no test, because the testing paper thing is in the room which is LOCKED. What is the point? They still charged $90.

Had the best walk-in clinic experience ever. Receptionist was nice and quick. No waiting even though it was my first time there. The doctor saw me right away, she was pleasant and to the point. Gave me 2 treatment options and prescribed what I chose.Went to the pharmacy next door (so convenient!) for the medication. The pharmacist was quite friendly and quickly did the transaction! He was very informative and answered all questions and concerns readily. 100% recommend!

The only actual walk-in clinic I could find. Amazing staff and doctor, everyone is very nice, 10/10!

It is difficult to find a doctor who fits well with a patient.It can be different depending on the person and the situation, but Dr. Lee did not take care of me.Whenever I see Dr. Lee, she assesses me like a robot. But, I was absolutely fine with that, because maybe that’s who she is.However, there were a couple of times where Dr. Lee did not make it on time or just ignored the appointment.I made a phone call appointment one time, but Dr. Lee called later than the appointed time.I made another phone call appointment and waited all day for Dr. Lee’s call, but she did not call me at all.So, I sent an email to the clinic, and I received a reply from the receptionist the next day saying, “Dr. Lee had an emergency and was unable to see the patients this week. We apologize for not contacting you in advance. Dr. Lee will give you a follow up call next week to the patients who made the appointment first. “I was upset, because I did not want to miss a doctor’s call, so I kept checking my phone all day and I wasted my time for nothing. But I understood her as an emergency could happen unexpectedly.But I still have not heard from Dr. Lee and it has been two months.Dr. Lee is more focused on Lamuria Skin Clinic, which offers skin laser, laser hair removal, microneedle, facials, and botox.It is very difficult to understand why Dr. Lee accepted patients, and ignored and did not care for her patients.Just as Dr. Lee’s time is important, the patient’s time is important as well, and should be equally respected.

Such a great clinic. All of the staff are very friendly, dr is very informative and polite. Place is well decorated and its just a pleasure to be inside. There is a pharmacy right next to it, so you can grab your prescriptions on the way out

The service was good and professional, and the doctor was so kind and passionate about helping patients.Ps:to jiyou choiI'm not agree with you.There are many cases in which the doctor does not give a sepatate mention of the cost of the medicine. There are many cases where there is no option, too.And. It is very rude and obstructive to just knock and enter the treatment room without doctor'permission.wow. You don't know what you're doing wrong.
