After contracting an out of town competitor to install helical piers solely because he was available sooner than Rempel, we discovered very quickly that was huge mistake. Now, 1.5 years later, we called on Rempel to fix the previous work done on our foundation by the other contractor. Rempel was very knowledgeable, professional, particular and he personally worked on the job and/or supervised his crew. Highly recommend this contractor, in fact, he is in high demand and that alone, speaks volume.

Called and spoke to Ron multiple times on the phone to schedule appointment to check foundation. Every time it was a no call and no show when it was time for him to come check.

As per their website I reached out almost a month ago with a very detailed request for a quote. I have yet to receive a reply. This says a lot for this companies customer service.
