Arctic Spas Duncan

We purchased a Tundra Legend Series Spa from Arctic Spas Duncan in summer 2017. Installation took place in September 2017. We have been enjoying full use of the spa since.We also purchased a Gazebo. While there were some hiccups through the process, overall the service was excellent from the entire team at Arctic Spas Duncan; John, Mark and Marc in particular. No question they are 'service oriented' and make every reasonable effort to delivery a great product and very good service.

We just took delivery of our new Arctic Spa last week. We were well looked after from our first visit to the showroom. Eric, our installation technician, did a fabulous job of making sure we got hooked up properly, including with the wifi-enabled part of the installation - and during a major snow blizzard. He even responded - twice - well after business hours - to ensure everything was up and running as it should be. Awesome service. Dealing with Arctic Spas was a great experience!

We've had our new Artic Spa saltwater tub now for just over a week and we are very happy with it. We use it at least twice a day. The installation went smooth and Eric and Paul were very careful with our new epoxy floor during the whole installation! They were professional, polite and Eric is very knowledgeable and made us feel at ease with maintaining our new tub. 5 Stars all day long!

We received our new Eagle Hot SPA (Classic series) last week and have used the tub every day at times 5-6 / day. The store manager (Marc) was helpful, honest and provided us with guidance and advice prior to the delivery - especially when choosing between chlorinated tubs vs. saltwater tubs. We chose the saltwater tub and boy are we ever grateful. At delivery and installation - the delivery team of Paul and Eric was superb. These two guys were polite, well-mannered and made the delivery and installation stress free. They were careful and professional with the new tub - and you could tell they had done this a hundred times before, so nothing surprised them, and knew how to handle every little hurdle that faced them. They were a well-oiled team that got the job done well and with excellent results. Although the end of the day came by fast, however we received a very thorough technical explanation of our hot tub maintenance and use. The Arctic Spa Duncan is an excellent store and staff that provides excellent service and products. We paid a little bit more for the tub, but the outcome has been excellent. This product, store and staff are highly recommended. Thanks again to Marc, Paul and Eric. Bravo Zulu!!

We ordered the Tub through Marc a few months back.Yestetday, Paul and Eric did a great job on the delivery and set- up.The entire Crew at Duncan Arctic Spa were awesome from initial order through to set up.This is our second Arctic Spa with the salt water system. We have just had our new Arctic Spa delivered by Paul, Eric and Alex. We had been prepared to have additional friends to help with the installation, but this was not required. The team provided a very careful, professional and smooth delivery on their own and we were very impressed by the airbag tool for ease in lowering the tub safely. This was followed by a thorough technical installation and detailed overview for maintenance of the new spa. The team arrived on schedule, were very friendly and provided an exemplary service. I would not hesitate in recommending the Duncan team or this delightful product.

We were so impressed by the staff at Artic Spas Duncan. Marc was friendly and very knowledgable, he answered all our questions and gave us a deal we couldn't possibly turn down. We chose the salt water tub and so happy we did, no more heavy chlorine smells, softer water and so beautiful. The team of Paul and Eric delivered our tub with no great issues so happy for that. Eric was very professional and made sure I was comfortable with all he was telling me. But he assured me he's just a phone call away if I have any problems. We highly recommend the team at Artic Spas for all your hot tub needs. Thanks guys can't wait to get in tonight.

Our friends advised us that they got their spa from Duncan so we drove from Victoria to meet with Marc Gibeau who had helped them. They highly recommended him so we set up an appointment and he was ready for us with all the info we needed. He gave us a tour of all the spas, the advantages and disadvantages of certain products and features. We wound up getting the Summit with the Spa boy feature and other than having to wait for 7 months( due to pandemic delays) it has been a great experience. The crew who delivered and set up the tub were very friendly and knowledgeable and we were enjoying the tub later in the day. Also the staff in Duncan were very helpful when we called to ask questions. The Spa Boy is expensive but worth it as we can control and monitor our tub from our phones wherever we are. We love our new Arctic Spa-( Backyard Baby I call it) and our children and grandkids love it as well. It has been a hit and we sit in it every day at some point to get warm and relax. We would definitely recommend getting an Arctic Spa and call Marc in Duncan as he will help you with all your needs. It was worth the wait. C and W

Just received our spa so only time will tell if it's worth the huge price tag we paid, but surely it looks solid and nice.Paul and Eric really did a great job installing it and putting it in service. It looks very nice in our backyard. First dip in couple of hours once the temperature is set.

Arctic spas in Duncan was great to deal with. We are so happy with the entire process. Marc Gibeau was super informative in the showroom and a pleasure to deal with. Paul Reiter did a site check and had great communication. The installation day went smoothly, Eric Aasen set us all up and give a tutorial on maintenance and using our new spa! I highly recommend them.
