I have shopped at the Co-op Home Center for several years and have always found the staff to be very courteous and helpful. They are always readily available and willing to answer any questions I may have or take me to find the item I am looking for.

This has nothing to do with the service from the store staff members, but to the person who manages their website. Store hours say opening at 7 AM. when in fact they do not open until 8 AM. it is no fun to travel half an hour and arrive there shortly after 7 to get an early start on a project, and have to watch traffic for an hour until the store opens. Also if you phone after hours to get the store hours, there is no automated message saying what they are. Someone here has to get their act together.
