I am SO disappointed and honestly mad about my experience at Quinte Nails today.I called the front desk and asked if me and a friend could come in for a quick shellac manicure. The lady at the front desk was very short and rude and insisted we come in the next 10 minutes but after she’s busy and she has to hurry up. So we rushed there and as soon as we walk in the door, she sat me down at the front desk area (never been sat there before, I used to come all the time). My friend was sat along the wall, where you’re supposed to get your nails done. The front desk lady began to file my nails AND cuticles, all the way up to my first knuckle.she then got up and walked away for a couple minutes without saying anything. She came back and started filing. Even though my nails were already short enough, I said the length was all good to go before I even picked a colour. She filed them down even more, completely ignoring what I said about the length. She did no cuticle cutting, no lotion, nothing but filing. She then added a top coat, and then a white coat. Well the white polish was done HORRIBLY. I usually do a better job at home by myself, and I’m not good at doing nails. There is polish all around the corners. A VERY thick coat of polish, so they look bumpy. I was still polite and paid for the service as I felt I was “taking up her time”. Will NOT be going back, unless it’s for a removal of the polish and a refund.

Cecelia is the best teacher I’ve ever had, QNE Academy is awesome, Cecelia is awesome, she fit my learning needs exponentially well and the kit she gave was just *chef’s kiss* she held an amazing nail course and I would recommend her even to my friends, she’s super helpful, and if you’re on Facebook… you get added to an Alumni group and they are so friendly. Thank you so much Cecelia for training me!

The best experience I have ever had getting our nails done. The shop was super clean and the staff were exceptionally kind and friendly. Both our nails turned out amazing, exactly as we asked for. Highly recommend to anyone fantastic consistent service!

So a lot of people are sceptical to believe reviews on google and I can tell the people that don’t know me I am 100% not a sugar coat type of person, I say it how it is. What can I say about Cecilia? What can I not say about her is more like it!I had the absolute best experiences with her. I am a dual graduate in both lashing and advanced nail tech. She is personable, professional, organized and a well rounded professional within her craft and what she offers.I truly enjoyed learning from her and actually getting to know one another. The way her setup is with smaller classes gave me and my classmates more one on one time and experiencing our craft with like people and we all had a blast!Cecilia goes more than up and beyond preparing our kits I can’t tell you how much product we received for not only practice but starting out to make real money, so the return was excellent.To say I fell in love is an understatement she is truly a wonderful person and teacher. With such passion it’s contagious. I can’t wait for her to expand on her teaching so I can learn my next skill! I thank her so much for everything!!

Overall my nails are done well. Just a few missed spots. Not the shape i wanted. And it was 80$ for these nails. I was told a price then it became more. The decals were 5$ the shalac was 15$ and the base was 35$ it should have been 50.65 put i payed 80$

I recently had a pedicure at a downtown establishment. It was $75 plus a tip for a regular polish pedicure. Almost no dead skin was taken off of my already cracking feet, but the ingrown toenails I specifically notified them about were not properly taken out either. I went to Quinte Nails today and my service was nothing short of great. The bottom of my feet are now so smooth and my ingrowns are out which is a huge relief! All for the price of $45. I would pay more just to have them done properly, and I know each time I come here they will be done properly. Thank you cecilia!

I had the amazing opportunity to take the lash course offered through Quinte Nails and it exceeded my expectations! Cecilia was not only informative but such a gracious and fun host! We were able to learn and practice and feel great about the education we were getting. The kit included beautiful quality products and the mentorship and training is ongoing; with the support of Cecilia and the rest of the alumni we have the opportunity to really build our skills and advance in this field!
