I never thought I could be soooo disappointed by Toyota service. Shame on them! They were changing sensor on tire and screwed everything, the car can’t even be locked or unlocked now, and they charged insane price for that.

Jim Pattison Toyota at Regent is 1000 times better than Crown Toyota at Waverly. I have two cars, Honda Civic and Toyota Corolla and gone to both places several times for services. I found Toyota Regent million times better, efficient, professional, friendly and courteous compare to Crown Toyota at Waverly. If you call Crown Toyota, first, they will not attend the call, second, they would say due to Covid, they are very busy and have no time for service in a week or so, and finally if you get the spot, they would encourage you to leave their vehicle instead of get the job done on-time or in a lesser time frame. Even you go for just an oil change or for regular services.They really need to learn the professional customer service from other competitors and service dealers. No doubt, Covid has impacted everyone, however, looks like it has impacted Crown Toyota a lot and they are not worried about keeping their customers happy.I would highly recommend JP Toyota service center because they are very professional, cooperative and always extend their above and beyond support and excellent customer service whenever you go there! Their spacious space, Coffee, and other services are a BIG Plus and you can easily work with your laptop while you are waiting for your vehicle service. They will offer you Coffee, fresh fruits and other refreshments while you are waiting. Their Service Manager Dustin, always go above and beyond to help and accommodate customers to ensure you are 100% satisfied with their services!! Keep it up JP Toyota and I give you 10/10 for your excellent services.

I bought a 4Runner from Jim Pattinson's Toyota on Regent in October of 2022. The truck was previously owned by a salesman from the dealership Wich he acquired in March of 2022.Before taking possession of the truck I got it treated for rust through the dealership.2 weeks after taking possession I noticed a chip of paint that came off on the tailgate.Figured it was my fault but in no time I started noticing multiple little chips coming off on the doors and the hood.In December I noticed that on the edge of the plastic mold where the handle is on the tailgate rust was developing on both sides. This could not be my fault.So when I took the truck in for my oil change I mentioned to the service representative.He referred me to the collision center to get assessed in order to see if warranty would cover it.Little do you know that I still haven't heard back.This was two months ago.I called after a month to prompt them on the issue. The representative called back 6hrs later just to tell me they would have the right person call me back the following week.Still nothing to this day.I am pretty upset to see how little they care about their customers.This truck is not even a year old and the paint if chipping, rust is setting in unusual places and even under the truck rust is setting despite the treatment.I am looking into getting serviced at another Toyota branch since they don't follow up on alarming issues.Photos for reference.
