Shopped here with my 97 y.o. mother for a new bed and we were both very impressed by the customer service from Gustavo. He was patient, knowledgeable and kind. We had to reschedule the delivery due to illness and he also helped negotiate this, with quick response to email. Sleep Country, you are lucky to have such an excellent employee. Thank you, Gustavo for making a difficult job more palatable.

Customer service absolutely stellar. Had very little time to arrange for the bed we needed to be purchased and delivered to a seniors home (during the pandemic) and the team (notably Don and Anuj) were extremely helpful through all steps of the process, right down to locating the lost receipt months later and sending it to me. I have purchased 4 sets of mattress and box spring for my clients from this team over the years and will always go back. Thanks!

Canada Day weekend and shopping for mattresses. Of course need to go to sleep country to check out their offers and product. We walked in and Gustavo drew the short stick and had to help me. Just kidding! He’s fantastic. Lots of energy, knowledgeable, willing to accommodate my budget ( within reason of course. With the warranties I want to make sure sleep country stays in business. ). Anyways ask for him if you visit the west Broadway store.

I have been buying beds, sheets and pillows from Jamie for over 15 years now. Her and her colleagues at the West Broadway store are consummate professionals. I have referred many of my friends and family to her. She is extremely knowledgeable about the beds and she was dead on with my new Purple mattress. I'm finally sleeping through the night and not waking up in the middle of the night sweating from a hot mattress. When Jamie is not available, her colleagues were there to assist me and support me through the transaction. I also love my bamboo sheets. I've gone through 2 sets now and bought other bamboo sheets from Amazon and Bed Bath and Beyond and. These are by far the best sheets and I have ever used. I bought a set for my teenage daughter and she loves them. I researched Top rated bamboo sheets these sheets were never rated. I strongly recommend you get them tested and approved, because there is nothing like them in the market. I am a loyal customer of Sleep Country thanks to Jamie and will not buy from anyone else.

Just ordered a mattress and pillows. Gustavo was the best salesman I have ever had for a mattress: very knowledgeable, patient, didn't rush me, listened well. And I am a pain, because I have back and neck pain!! He was so helpful and solution oriented, and I think I'm going to love my new sleep. Definitely recommend him and the store.
