I had the most informative young lady helping me . Her mame was Sharmin andShe was able to fill out papers for myitems that needed to be repaired without any hesitation. I felt confident in leaving the items with the store. She cleaned my ring right there. Peoples jewellers you are lucky to have her as an employee

I went to the store first and they had very little to show me. I went online to find out everything they had in store and found what I wanted. Happy with my purchase in the end.

The manager was yelling at staff as I was trying to purchase an item, I over heard her making fun of individuals in the store as well, not a place I would recommend. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Store has not updated their hours, and will not honor warranty issues during pandemic. Tried to have it serviced before the lockdown, but due to the store not having accurate hours I missed the window. Terrible service especially considering the cost of the ring and associated warranty.

Lauren treated me as if we were best friends when my fiance and I went ring shopping. Curbside service isnt the way we wanted to go but she made us feel comfortable and sent us several pics of the ring and answered all our questions promptly. We bought gorgeous rings and our experience with People's was A+ thanks again Lauren
