Kathie went out of her way to engrave a watch for a Christmas gift and it looks stunning!!! I ordered the watch online and it arrived days before Christmas, giving me a very short window to get the engraving done. When I entered Kathie's store, she informed me that she was closing soon for the holidays! When I told her my situation, she went out of her way to ensure the engraving would get done because, she said, I wouldn't want to leave you hanging before Christmas!" I had a specific design I wanted on the back of the watch and that didn't deter her. The engraving result was so impressive!! I absolutely love it! And so did the young man I gave the watch to (my daughter's boyfriend)!!!"

Kathy has been great to work with.She is very responsive, and able to accommodate some special requests.We continue to use her for our serial plates!

engraved a tiny pendant of my Dad's fingerprint (he recently passed away) and it is absolutely perfect!I am so in love with it. great customer service, friendly and kind, will definitely recommend to anyone and everyone!

I got my stethoscope engraved today and it looks AMAZING I am beyond happy with the result! The owners are also SO nice and had fantastic customer service! I am VERY happy and will only go there from now on as well as recommend them.

The best place to go get stuff engraved. Katherine was so nice and did wedding gifts for me in a pinch will go back for more for sure
