My husband, Stelio Campagner has been a client of the House of Hearing since they opened and has enjoyed outstanding experiences with the company, staff, and all of the personnel affiliated with this location. Ms. Kuldip Genwal has been providing her expertise with his hearing aids from day one and I must say, she is the consummate professional: Knowledgeable, patient, kind, and understanding. On the rare occasion when there was a minor technical hiccup or two with the hearing aids, Ms. Grenwal has always taken calls right away and made arrangements to find time to see him and correct the issue a.s.a.p. Such professionalism is very much appreciated indeed! Excellent service from hearing instrument specialist Aliya! Went in after experiencing a week-long discomfort due to a clogged ear. She quickly did a couple of tests to diagnose the issue and explained the treatment options to me. She also helped a family member with ear wax removal and he can now hear much better. I did a battery of hearing tests. They were thorough and had the latest equipment. The doctor was kind, helpful, and knowledgeable. She took great concern with my ears and referred me to an ENT.

She was very thorough and explained everything to me. She was also very gentle and made sure I was okay throughout the entire process.
