Dr. Najafi is fantastic! I would highly recommend her to family and friends.She's very friendly, listens to patient needs, and very detailed. Also, she has started to fix my dry eye problem I have had for years, due to my condition. Her Clinic Manager Rosalyn Au, is knowledgeable and extremely helpful. All the staff at Dr. Najafi is helpful and provides great service. Finally, her office is clean and is following all the protocols for COVID. I feel safe when I go into her office.

I brought my daughter here to get an eye exam. Setting up the appointment was very easy over the phone, they went above and beyond to squeeze us in lastminute. The doctor was very professional and friendly with my daughter. I will definitely coming back here for any future eye care needs!

It was my first time having an eye exam in about 4 years, and 2 without glasses (only contact lenses). Dr. Najafi was my optometrist today. She as well as the entire staff crew was very welcoming. Examination went very smoothly with no complaints! I purchased a pair of glasses as well which required multiple adjustments, but the staff assisting me was very patient. Would definitely recommend others and come back for my next visit!

- billed insurance company incorrectly, claimed they don’t do direct billing with my provider even though it’s listed on their website- provided incorrect prescription (wrong pupillary distance), asked about it and optometrist told me that’s what the machine read, went elsewhere and got my correct prescription

I have been going to False Creek Eye Care for years and have always been happy with the service. It was time for an update on my prescription and I was surprised that my previous eye doctor had retired. I booked in with Dr. Najafi and I have to say she was fantastic! She was very kind and caring. When it was time to pick out my frames, Rose in the front was very helpful and payed great attention to detail. In fact all of the staff were very friendly. They have a great team and I would highly recommend them for your eye care needs.
