Call It Spring

That lady a manager there is so so bad human. If call it spring wants to have loyal customers please read the comments and teach her some moral values. She doesnt even know how hurtful she is to people.She is having no attiqutes to talk to customer. not sure why she is there.I bought shoes and those were out of stock. Call it Spring cancelled my order and sent me an email to bring original recipt along with that email to claim my refunds. But she refused to do that and said she is busy serving customers????Donot spend your money there.

i wish i could give this store 0 review the manger is so rude and this store doesn't even accept returns and all the stuff their when you have it for only a couple days it everything breaks even walmart shoes are better then this shoes… so bad!!

I wish I could give 0. Store manager was extremely rude. She displayed wrong price and when I went to checkout she doubled the price stating it was mistake and started arguing. Total waste of time. She doesn’t know how to talk to people. Don’t go there

DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM HERE!!! they were very rude to us and in 20 days the shoes break and get ruined the staff here is horrible I honestly don’t think they should even have this store they don’t even take back the stuff and no returns the staff their just left we have shopped here and all of their stuff just broke THEY SHOULD BE FIRED.

The manager in this store is a very rude, full of bad attitude and grumpy person. She acts as if she owns the business. I purchased a pair of shoes applied the sign up voucher and it was only applied to one pair because the second pair wasn’t available in the store they had to bring it in. Spoke to the store assistant manager and he said once the shoes are in they can return it and re-bill with the voucher applied to save the discount. Today the shoes were in, I sent my brother down to store to pick up the shoes and complete the discount process as was promised, unfortunately, initially she refused to help and return the shoes by saying she cant refuse a single pair if the second pair isn’t brought in, eventually she accepted to return the shoe and refused to sell it back with applied discount voucher, her excuse was that this shoe was already purchased once under a voucher cannot be billed back again. She was so mean and so rude to my brother so he had to the store. Two hours later he tried to give it another shot and went back there to see if she had changed her behaviour but it got even worse. Later the day when I got free went there and bought the same shoe with the same discounted voucher and using the same credit card that the shoes were purchased with initially and refunded back into it. There was no issue with it at all. I hope the management of Spring sees my comment and takes an action as people like this manager with their bad behaviour kill the businesses. A very poor customer service was provided.

Terrible workers and management, dirty store, management is one sided and don't hear their employees. I would not recommend anyone to get a job here or work here.

Love love love this location! Such a great selection of summer sandals, and their buy 1, get 1 half off deal is great.The two folks working this afternoon were extremely helpful (lady in a tan blazer & gentleman with curly hair). Very happy with the customer service.

This the most low quality shoes Ihave ever bought in my life . I bought two shoes from them the shoes design and looks quality and beautiful . But I couldn’t wear it for one day. When I walk on the shoes feel like I am walking with bare foot . Uncomfortable. Synthetic plastic . China made very very low quality products . Don’t by their product .
