April answered all the questions patiently, no pressure and was always there to support. She went above and beyond to make sure I get the car that I wanted and as quickly as possible. Such a good customer service. I usually come here for my car service. Staff is friendly, place is nice and clean with facility of clean washroom and free wifi. You can enjoy some me time in their customer lounge while getting service for your car. They provide tea and coffee there.

A great experience at Bessada Kia. April Summers was awesome and we highly recommend her!My husband and I visited about 10 different dealers looking for a new vehicle. We constantly left feeling like we were being pushed into higher models, trying to be sold and guilted into warranty packages and other extras.We had a completely different experience at Bessada Kia. We shared our requirements with April that we wanted a base model, as cost was a key consideration for us. April respected that. She gave us all the information we needed regarding extras but let us do our own research. We contacted her many times during our decision process and during the sale and she was always happy to answer questions and was super knowledgeable.We love our new Kia vehicle!

Icy George.The man you should be looking for when buying a car from Bessada Kia.I Called Bessada Kia and Luckily George was the salesperson I talked to and to be very honest, He is one of the best salesperson I've ever talked to. Nice, Good Listener, Answers all of your question, Keep you entertained , Gives you advices, Make you laugh and do everything which a perfect salesperson is supposed to do.Unfortunately I didn't got my deal here because they don't have the car in inventory. But I really enjoyed talking to George. Highly recommended . If you are calling them or in person just ask about George and I can bet you that you won't regret it because Just imagine if just a single phone call talk made me write this whole paragraph then you will definitely enjoy your process of buying a car.

Icy was wonderful to work with. We unfortunately weren't able to find a vehicle in stock for us but I can say how wonderful it was to sit and speak with him. His honesty, transparency and professionalism is something I can't praise enough. I was very pleasantly impressed with the service I received from Angelo Bazos.He was extremely attentive with my daughter when she was purchasing her new Kia Spotage.He also treated me just as well when I purchased my Kia Stinger.Angelo is extremely knowledgeable when it comes to all aspects of the business.
