Got a full leg and underarm wax here 2ish weeks ago, the hair grew back two days after. I went on my mom’s recommendation since I’m visiting from Ottawa and couldn’t go to my usual esthetician. I already knew I was unimpressed during my wax (she went over my skin 3/4 times before I said I have sensitive skin, regardless of that, with wax you’re not supposed to pass over more than once) and seemed surprised when the hair was “long” (for wax, your hair must be at least 1/4 to a 1/2 inch long which mine just hit 1/4 so I was even more confused when she expected it to be shorter)My esthetician didn’t wax properly, she just broke of the hairs which if i wanted, I would have just shaved. Also used this wax roller thing (pays no attention with hair direction which is VITAL with wax) Now I have a ton of ingrown hairs that I now have to deal with (see the bumps on my legs in the photos) I’ve NEVER had strawberry legs of any sort and have always had smooth skin and now I have to worry about this.You definitely pay for what you get ig but honestly, just spend the money and get the proper wax, even if you shave instead you’ll see better results.

This was the best nail place I've been to so far. Staff are very professional, friendly and precise in their work. I came here with my husband pretty late, the ladies were nice enough to stay an hour overtime to finish without making any complaints. They handled our hands and feet with great care! It's been 4 days, I wash my hands quite a bit throughout the day and not one chip in the nail polish. I wish I got the name of the person who did my nails as she did such an awesome job. I will definitely be going back and recommending this place to everyone! The ladies there were extremely sweet❤

Such a horrible incident happened to me. Worst customer service ever, they treat their customers in a worst way. I went there in a normal dress and they treated me as a homeless. They didn’t even ready to do the nails. Even though they are asians why this kind of racism towards their own people. At the end we all humans. Do not ever do this to any of your customers.

Thi is very first time I got my nails done and to be honest I feel so damn happy . Nikki is best . Would surely recommend to others.

They are keen about adding a price to everything (matte coat? $3! French tip? $5!). I wish they were as ardent on doing my nails nicely. My manicure ended up costing way more than expected and it was a sloppy job. I wouldn't get my nails done here again. You're better off doing your nails on your own and it turning out better. The photos show my nails hours after I got them done. The nail filings are trapped under the varnish and usually nail spas finish you off with some cuticle oil but that wasn't the case here.I showed a few images of what I wanted and they said they didn't have the 'machinery' to do them. So I asked for bright blue nails and they said they didn't have it either...I succumbed to their french tip.

I have been to her place for the past 6 years. She is one if the best, very smart, knows her stuff, clean place, very friendly.I have been to other places and the service was not great and expensive. Her service is excellent and price is very reasonable.I would recommend any one to go here and you live love it.
