First time we met Adam, he was friendly and provided a reasonable quote. We chose him because he spent him explaining how our trees would be pruned. Things didn’t turned out well at the end when he missed grounding the stump after removing a tree in our backyard. He promised to come back to finish the work. It had been over a month now and he was unresponsive to our calls and messages since then. We paid him in full and believed his promises. The leftover stump is 4 inches off the ground which makes mowing around it harder. It’s a terrible and disappointing experience for their unfinished work and undelivered promises.

Professional and thorough, we had a large amount of bushes removed due to a disease, everything was removed and cleaned up, well manicured. We will have them back again for service on a few other tree in our yard.
