I don’t like leaving a bad review but I feel like I should. This was our first time at this location and probably our last. A young guy served us and didn’t listen because he put the wrong toppings on the wrong bread, his oversized watch was rubbing onto the food, and we asked for sweet onion sauce and we received teriyaki sauce. And the guy had a bushy beard with no hair net! I used to work for subway and if we worked like this we’d be fired. Sorry but it’s true. Maybe better training??

Soup makes a nice light lunch and if you want more, the fresh made subs are pretty good.

This is my go to spot. I am usually here at least twice a week. Walked in tonight at 10:52 pm. The girl working there turned and said “ actually we are closed” I asked her what time they close and she said 11. I was like alright you have 8 minutes and I only need one sub. She responds by saying “ I can’t make it for you I am closing” the is most disgusting behaviour I have ever experienced. The girl was so unprofessional and no manners at all. She wasn’t even wearing a hat to prevent hair from falling in the food. I will never be visiting this location again and don’t recommend it to anyone. I will also be filing a official complaint on the subway website for this disgusting and degrading experience I just went through.

This is the best Subway experience I've had in Kitchener so far, despite the fact that the restaurant was very busy when I arrived. There were many parking spaces available, but several people lined up against the counter inside the building. The interior is very small, which makes standing in a line a bit uncomfortable, but I was impressed by the staff's ability to serve everyone in a timely manner. My food was excellent and I even tried the new Steak Teriyaki, which has quickly become my favourite. There didn't seem to be many cookies left in stock, but I won't fault the restaurant for this as it was within the last hour before closing.

Extremely clean dining area and very friendly staff.One staff member was actually wiping the entire chair plus the table legs. Unlike other restaurants where there is typically food and garbage. Well done!The selections of toppings were neatly displayed and the work area very tidy.No mess left from other random topping.I had the Great Canadian Club. Delicious.

I'll never go to subway again.$27.65 for a footlong assorted and a footlong beef brisket. Both subs were the worst subs we've ever had. Over half of each sub went in the garbage.What a waste of money

The new “Beyond Meatballs Subway with Mariana sauce” is the must try items in the Subway menu. The new variety of sub gives you taste of Meatballs but in a vegetarian form. So for all those vegetarians who wants to try meatballs but can’t eat meat should try this one.

Friendly staff, the heat press was not working so our meat had to be microwaved and loaded up on toppings and feel that it was less then satisfactory. Will drive to a different location next time I want a sub.

Late night elderly woman I honestly can’t believe how impressed I am with her service. 10/10 I will only be using this location from now on
