I hired First Management to look after my rental properties while I was away on vacation. The entire process from beginning to end was professional and thorough. I completed a survey to give the required information. From that point Andrew took over and looked after some maintenance issues that arose while I was away. He saved me money by inspecting a plumbing problem and fixing it himself before calling a plumber! After each visit he sent an email to me giving me all the details and his recommendations going forward. When I returned he sent a summary of each visit along with an invoice. I will use First Management again!
