Waited 20+ minutes for food when we were the only ones there and got our order wrong twice. Will not be returning. Person taking our order needs better training on how to speak to people and take orders, and obviously better training is needed in the kitchen.

This place habitually will not serve you up to an hour before close. It’s happened to me 3x in the past month, most recently I went at 815 to the drivethru and they wouldn’t serve me even tho they close at 9.

Pretty irritated this morning. Ordered a sausage and egger and it came on a burger bun. Every picture you look up has it on an English muffin. Didn't exactly want a burger for breakfast so that's a nice 5 dollars in the trash. Thank you for ruining my morning

Please come here if you enjoy having your Bowels emptied by the end of the day. Please clean your facility, make certain the workers are washing their hands after handling raw food or washroom breaks. I will not be returning too this location. They are slow even when it's not rush hour. Rush hour is definitely not rushed. Wasting 25 minutes waiting for food on a 30 minute lunch break.I seriously hope this location improves.

A toxic work environment writhe with miscommunication, poor management, and general apathy/passive aggressiveness towards new staff members. The current supervising manager in particular was not only insufficient in his role, he proved willing to pick up a sausage link dropped on the floor, and served it to a customer for the sake of service time.

Why is the food ALWAYS made wrong? 3 baby burgers just cheese and ketchup - get home and they're loaded with onions and mustard. What kid eats onions and mustard? Waste of money. Same story 2 weeks ago, I get tired of calling to complain or going back for the right order. Avoid this place like the plague

This store CONSTANTLY has issues.. whether it be raw chicken burgers, cold food, order being wrong.. its always something! Lately they have been shutting off their app so you can’t order online, locking their doors hours before they actually close or being closed altogether because they can’t keep enough staff to work a shift. Now its drive thru and we order and then get to the window for them to tell us “oh sorry we don’t have what you ordered”.. well then why didn’t you say that WHILE i was ordering so i could choose something else instead of wasting my time?!? I have seen the staff try so hard to keep up and you can see and feel the tension of the work environment when you go in store. Something definitely needs to change at this location and i’m thinking it needs to start with whoever owns/runs it. This location has gone downhill in a real quick hurry.
