Portland Glass of St. Albans

The roof of my car was chipped/gouged, the window trim wasn't all the way snapped into place, the rubber between windshield and trim is showing and I recieved no instructions as if/when I could drive after. My car was also left a dirty mess inside!

Very fast and reliable service I would recommend Portland glass to everyone that needs a windshield fix.

I called June 18th to schedule an estimate for a broken window in my home and was told the person I needed to speak to was out, but I would be called. I realize with covid complications things are difficult so I waited, patiently, but no one returned my call. I called again on July 1st and scheduled a morning appointment and was told around 10am on July 6th, so I waited but no one showed up. When I called to find out what was going on, I was told I had an afternoon appointment and when I told the scheduler that was not the time I was given there was no apology but was told I had my wires crossed" and would have to wait for an appointment at the end of the month. I had to push and say that was unacceptable given the circumstances and she begrudgingly "squeezed me in". I will update my review if they ever show up."

Customer service was great as well as the products offered. They were willing to work with me on all my questions and concerns. The only negative was that the inside of my window was left very dirty. Over all, I am satisfied with my service. Thank you.

The workmanship done was excellent. The ease of scheduling and actually talking to someone in the office leave a lot to be desired. The 2 installers went above and beyond to install the window. Overall a good+ experience with Portland Glass in St. Albans.

We were extremely pleased with the service we got from Portland Glass here in St Albans, VT. The 2 gentlemen that installed our new windows (Scott & Bill) were awesome;very personable & professional. The work was done on time. We would recommend them to everyone.

The office personnel were easy to work with. The installers were efficient, professional and worked well as a team. They did a beautiful job - no complaints.

This is the place to go! My son broke our window this morning, as soon a Portland opened at 8 I called and they had someone at my house doing my estimate within an hour. Bill came in he was polite efficient and super easy to work with (especially for someone who knows nothing about windows). He was able to help me with a quote and I had my window repaired and back in my house by noon! Quick. Easy. Awesome. Affordable. I love Porland Glass! No more broken window.

Was driving into St Albans,got a rock chip from a truck. Called,they said come in for a look. Got me right in,fixed it on the spot. Did not charge me,since I am repeat customer. Pleasant surprise!!!
