My wife and I visited the Harry Rosen store at Square One after being disappointed at the Sherway location.We were skeptical but on meeting with Helen the customer service, professionalism and knowledge of the products was immediately apparent.The shopping experience, fitting and after sales service she delivered was exceptional.We were traveling unexpectedly a few days after our visit and needed the items purchased alteredHelen engaged the in-house tailor to assist with alterations to meet our timelineNeed less to say garments were delivered on time and with the perfect fit.A truly wonderful retail shopping experience. Visited Harry Rosen at Square One over the weekend and was provided exceptional service by Helen. She was knowledgeable, courteous and attentive to my needs.I've been shopping at Harry Rosen for 15+ years and Helen's greeting is one in which I've never experienced and will always remember. Helen's simple but courteous greeting, Welcome to Harry Rosen" took my aback given past experiences and changed my entire shopping experience. Went to Harry Rosen to get a blue suit and appreciated how many options I had. It turned into a fun experience with the help of Helen, and all the other staff that answered questions, and offered options according to my needs and budget. The humble and kind Helen identified all the sizing and sent in the right alterations to be made. She is, as her work bestie Isabella says, the “Fashion Queen”. She went above and beyond to satisfy all my needs. If you go in for a suit, you’d be well served by anyone there but I would recommend Helen and Isabella for their kind nature and great energy. Five stars for Helen !I needed a suit urgently , I told Helen about my ideal suit also my budget. She recommended few options very professionally and told me the pros and cons of each option. She is extremely professional when it comes to choosing the correct size. If you are struggling to choose your suit , Helen is the best one to reach out. Very friendly, very precise, most importantly very professional. I got my suit with full satisfaction!

I came into the store with a very specific vision: I wanted a Huge Boss suit that was timeless and within my budget. Helen greeted me the moment I walked into the store, listened to exactly what I was looking for and immediately gathered options for me. The moment I believed I found the perfect suit, she encouraged me to try on one more that she thought would have been a good fit, so I gave it a chance and was absolutely blown away by her recommendation. It was perfect. It was the exact style I wanted, it fell into the bottom end of my budget. It was BOSS. Helen also found a promotional offer for me that would additionally give me $200 off in store credit. I can genuinely say that Helen gave me the most tailored experience at Harry Rosen and I’ll be looking out for her on my next visit. 10/10.
