Wonderful service. I rented a room and the tenant brought me bed bugs.I called Naiser and he came next day on time. He was very helpful with advise. He was also very patient with my tenant who was arguing, telling him her life story and waisted at least hour and half of his time before he could start working. He answer all mine and the tenant's questions.I happened to moved in the place with bed bugs once before.The person that came for service then was not so willing to answer questions. Did the work in big rush and that was what I was expecting this time. I was very pleasantly surprised.He sprayed very well every room in the apartment. He invested his time and effort. Very polite and understanding in specific and difficult situation.I would highly recommend his services.

We contracted this business last year due to some pesky ants. We had tried a number of traps and products. While the chemical he used solved the issue temporarily, the ants were back within a short time. As he had provided a warranty that he would come back and ensure the problem was solved. After having difficulty reaching him, he finally got back to us. I advised him of the issue and he returned and again applied the chemical in the kitchen only again. Now we are about a year out and ants are back. After repeated attempts to contact through text message, we have been unsuccessful in making contact. We paid $350 because we expected that the warranty would ensure that we were rid of the problem or at least could get the fellow back. Now I think we are just ready to pay someone else. Very disappointed.

Called for potential service.They informed me that they don't do squirrels/raccoons services in the winter. Which I found odd...Nonetheless no wait times.

I got service from this guy for rodents, this guy shows up and charges $195 for a permanent solution but what he did instead was scammed young boys living in the basement. He just put some medicine bricks in the rooms and says that is all whereas we agreed on removing rodents and prevention of any kind of attack in future. Legit scammer..worst possible service.

Sealed my stoning in front part of my house to prevent birds from nesting in my roof over my porch. Job was done well. Also removed and exterminated wasp nest in my front and backyard. Very professional, fast and efficient.
